Cut your own Christmas tree

Tag early for the best selection!

Once again Hopestill Farm is offering certified organic cut-your-own Christmas trees. Join us to begin or continue a family farm tradition.

The trees benefited from the steady rain early in the summer, and are looking terrific despite the recent drought. When you come, you will see the progress on our new farm stand, which should be ready to use in the spring.

Our trees are mostly white spruce plus some blue spruce, with many to choose from in the 5-foot to 7-foot range, along with a few bigger bargains as well. Like all our produce, our trees are certified organically grown. All trees are $80 by Venmo (@hopestillfarm), cash, or check. (Sorry, no credit cards). We ask for a $20 deposit once you tag a tree.

Parking and (no) dogs

When you arrive, please park either in the gravel pull-out at the top of the driveway, or on the street on our side of the street. Because of our insurance, we regret we cannot allow dogs in the fields, even on a leash.

Our schedule is:

Saturday November 9 through Sunday November 10: open 12-4, no appointment needed.

Monday November 11 through Wednesday November 27: Open by appointment.

Closed Thanksgiving Day

Friday November 29 through Sunday, December 1: open 12-4; no appointment needed.

Monday December 2 through Friday December 6: open by appointment.

Saturday December 7 and Sunday December 8: open 12-4; no appointment needed.

Monday December 9 and after: open by appointment.

To make an appointment, just text (preferred) 774-279-0814 (please include your name!), or email us at farm@hopestill.com.

Cutting

You are of course welcome to cut your tree at the same time as you select it, or come on one of the weekends we are open, or make an appointment for a different day and time. We have handsaws, or you are welcome to bring your own. No axes or chainsaws, please. We also have twine for tying your tree on your car.

We look forward to seeing you!

Thanks, Richard and Wendy
