We’re 100% certified organic. That means we grow all our produce without chemical pesticides or fertilizers. And that’s a good start, but it takes more than just the “organic” label to make food worth eating:
The best—and healthiest—food starts with good soil. That’s why we focus on building healthy soil using compost, cover crops, mulches, and crop rotations. It may not be the fastest or the easiest, but good things never are.
